Five days in query
I've been lowish Carb and high protein for a few years but went grain free five days ago, embracing a pretty much primal diet at the same time.
It's like my acne has been switched off.
After 32 years.
Is this a coincidence or what???

Thanks both, feeling very moved here.
I've treated fat like the enemy for a couple of years so it's a big step for me to start eating it again.
fat is your friend here! eat it and enjoy, it is super nutritious!
