Fat loss is about what you eat
I am finding less is more when it comes to exercise these days.
1 HIT session a week and 1/2 strength sessions (all about 30-40 minutes)
I also enjoy walking at the weekends when the weather is decent.
this is plenty for me and I am in a steady state of fat loss.
ps, kettlebells are great
