Thanks for the replies everyone. I think I'll just learn to stop when I don't feel like eating anymore; shouldn't be that hard.
I do need some parts of my body need to gain some muscle, so I'll just eat when I want to and not restrict myself.
I think it's mainly i'm scared to get fat, but if i think about it less, it will most likely help.
I've lost a fair bit of fat since going on primal, but i think it's mainly because of portion control; I used to eat all the time, even if i wasn't hungry. If someone proposed me some food, I'd always say yes.
I'll go with pure normalness for a while and see how i go!

You sound like you have a pretty good understanding of your own body and what it wants/needs. Like others have said play around with the meals and your stopping point - if you start to put on a few pounds you know what your doing is not working. Best of luck!

Start by eating bigger meals. If you find you are hungry before your next meal, don't snack. Eat more at your next meal. You will find that hunger is a helpful sign of how much to eat at your next meal, not something to be avoided at all costs.

One thing I forgot to say; i often eat a lot of dairy (i do primal + dairy) and nuts, simply because the dairy is cheaper and if we/i have cleaned out dinner and I'm still hungry, theres often nothing but that. Is that a big problem eating too much of these things or is it alright?
