Try adding some or all of these incredibly nutritious and supportive foods to your menu-
Liver, about a pound a week. Without this, your body will stay malnourished and you might never feel well, for the duration of your life. You don't have to like it, but eating it should not be a question. Ever.
Bone stock, about 1/2 cup a day is plenty.
Molasses, organic blackstrap - yeah, read the mineral content! Especially if you are losing electrolytes, taking a spoonful of molasses every day will go a long way. And yes, you can still be low-carb and eat molasses in small amounts.

Another vote for magnesium, I take 400mg a day to keep cramps away and it helps the sleeping and pooping, too, if you're into pooping more often - which not everyone is...but that's another story!

Seaweed, other sea foods like shellfish. Never limit, mercury is just a myth.
    Avocados.
    Berries.
Of course, pastured eggs or the best eggs you can come by.

Most any common salt will do, I have no idea what Katsuhiko is talking about. Chloride might not be the best, but sodium is totally what you just dumped and why you are staying thirsty. Take about a teaspoon a day, added to food or in some water.

If you think you may need more water, what easier to do than drink half a liter and see if it makes the headache go away, before you go shopping for stuff you don't have.

I don't know what a crisp is, but if there's a more Primal version you can come by, I'd look for it. Especially if it has salt, which you are probably craving.

If so, chips can be very Primal, even Paleo. Find good organic root products fried in healthy oil like coconut, butter, etc. Don't trust olive oil anywhere, it's mostly soybean oil and corn oil.

There's no rule that says you have to go 100% from day one. Ease in gradually, on change at a time.

As for the headaches, did you cut out a daily coffee or tea habit? Caffeine withdrawl is worse than carb flu.
