Try adding some or all of these incredibly nutritious and supportive foods to your menu-
Liver, about a pound a week. Without this, your body will stay malnourished and you might never feel well, for the duration of your life. You don't have to like it, but eating it should not be a question. Ever.
Bone stock, about 1/2 cup a day is plenty.
Molasses, organic blackstrap - yeah, read the mineral content! Especially if you are losing electrolytes, taking a spoonful of molasses every day will go a long way. And yes, you can still be low-carb and eat molasses in small amounts.
Another vote for magnesium, I take 400mg a day to keep cramps away and it helps the sleeping and pooping, too, if you're into pooping more often - which not everyone is...but that's another story!
Seaweed, other sea foods like shellfish. Never limit, mercury is just a myth.
Of course, pastured eggs or the best eggs you can come by.
Most any common salt will do, I have no idea what Katsuhiko is talking about. Chloride might not be the best, but sodium is totally what you just dumped and why you are staying thirsty. Take about a teaspoon a day, added to food or in some water.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
