Kimchi and beef liver pate
You get two for one, vit A from the liver and probiotics from the kimchi
Sound like a winner. I do beef liver once a week an kimchi pretty everyday. The idea of combining the two sounds super nutritional, and I bet the kimchi flavor covers the liverness.
I tried it this evening and it was quite good. My Vitamix blades are getting a little dull, so the kimchi was a little stringy, bu the otherall texture was good. It was a little more runny than I expected, almost like a wet tuna salad.

The fact that the liver is not over cooked reduces the characteristic flavor, the kimchi doesn't mask it
