So rich and delicious that I forgot to use the lemon wedges I’d cut up to squirt on it.

Oranges or OJ… Hmm… those are both a bit sweet for my tastes, so a fairer comparison might be grapefruit or grapefruit juice. As I peel the ripe, plump fruit, the scent of the oils permeates the air and so it smells like summer, even though it’s the dead of winter. I like to play a little, and can almost always peel a grapefruit in one continuous spiral. The sections await my gentle bite to squirt their fresh, soury delicious goodness into my mouth. Sometimes the juice runs a little down my chin. If a cuticle isn’t perfect, sometimes I’ll feel the bite of the citrus. Filling a glass from a bottle that has sat on a shelf long enough that the product needs to be shaken is a ghost of that. I suppose I could juice my own, but that’s a lot of labor for so much less reward. I’ll take the fruit.

Best Headline ever: Poll: Voters prefer hemorrhoids over Congress

Monday’s food: Coffee w/coconut oil. Dark chocolate. More salmon than a dainty womanfolk like me should eat.
Salmon doesn't make my pancreas hurt........ or turn me into a diabetic........

Voter prefer 'rrhoids... no doubt.... Having 'rrhoids, I prefer them to Congress.... I can take mag citrate to soften my poo.... I can't think of anything I can take to soften the long-term impact Congress has...

Yes, I have 'rrhoids... no I'm not a perfect a$$... just an ordinary one

Salmons a winner for me as well, don't eat that much fruit, but give me a juicy pink grapefruit any day...

    On the rhoids story the last paragraph made me chuckle;
Some bold-faced names making headlines should take note, however. The poll says voters prefer Congress over Miley Cyrus, Lindsay Lohan, Vladimir Putin and Anthony Weiner.
Haven't heard of Anthony Weiner, but he must be right popular....

Popular among the women he's texted pictures of his genitals to.

This man was a politician. Need I say more?

    b.o? Butt odor?
LOL - it went right over my head. I must be getting shorter.

Lurch! I wanted to grow up to be just like Morticia. I've got the long dark hair (sometimes I even dye it black) and the black clothes. Sadly, I've never found my one true Gomez.

I wouldn't know on the butt odor because I'm not that flexible!

Preparation H if applied in tons might soften the impact (haha) of Congress.

About as popular as Miley Cyrus, this year's American popstar who is going to play out her nervous breakdown in the press.

It just cracks me up that a politician, whose entire identity is based on public perception, would send pictures of his weiner, when his name is Weiner.

*The* best ever example of nominative determinism at work.

Cool concept. It might explain my occasional martyr complex.
