    Red face Meats??

    So my understanding is with the paleo diet Fatty meats are good for you??? What are the best meats? and this will actually cost me less to buy the dark meat chicken which is great.... Also will i get enough fat just from the meats??

    dark fatty meat is cheaper.. i add butter or ghee to all meat regardless

    chuckeye- poor mans ribeye
    chuckroast- goes in crockpot all day
    spare ribs
    boston butt(pork)
    pork steak
    ground beef/pork make meatballs or sausage

    Brisket is also great. If the meat is fatty enough then you will get enough fat, if not you can always eat some nuts, avocado, coconut oil, etc.

    Extra fats are usually a good idea. The only beef I've been eating for the last few weeks is cow tongue and it's really fatty, about 2/3 fat but I still run better on more fat.

    Grass fed beef tallow for the win. srly

    Soak it in water for a bit, brush it down, boil/simmer with spices and vegetables for a few hours, remove the skin. Nom nom.
