Youre right - imagine what would happen if we all stopped wearing bras!

"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.

In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."

Don't worry - with or without a bra, eventually we all get old enough that we're wearing a 34/36/38 etc., long.

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.

32 years old in exactly 13 days; 36E/34F depending on the brand...
I feel more comfortable with bra, even when I'm at home (and I use a good sports one when I'm going to do any serious exercise). Never tried to go braless for a week, but I don't think it'll work for me, I'll probably be too concious...
My favorites brands (of normal bras, not sports!!) are lacey and girly (tomboy on the outside, girly in the inside :P), like Chantelle, Passionata or La Perla (expensive as hell, all of them, but if washed carefully they last for years and years-still have one I bought when I started university and it looks brand new)

I should make my own. I don't really need the support. I just want something to minimize the nippley look, and which can be worn with a sleeveless or low-cut dress.
