    need some help guys!

I have a pack of "gelatin sheets", and I have no idea how to use them. can I just put a sheet straight into my coffee?

also, is one sheet enough? I read somewhere that gelatin powder is more concentrated so you'd have to use more sheets to get more gelatin....

More = more, but at a certain point it clumps up too much. I find this is about 4 packets per 16oz of liquid.

Adding to coffee is the best way to take it, can put it in fruit juice too. It's pretty versatile.

cheers! I'm trying it in my coffee asap.

I think I literally never had gelatin...except a few desserts back in the days

This thread sounds yummy. Apparently I should get me some gelatin, or at least drink the broth I have frozen...
