    Project 365: My Transformation

    It took me from May 29th, 2012 until now to only drop around 20 lbs. I give Paleo/Primal all the credit for those 20 lbs, but regular relapses with the Standard American Diet have made my weight loss extremely slow.

    I've decided to give myself one year to transform into the person that I want to be. I want to focus on weight loss and clean eating and really give it my all for 365 days. I will weigh in Sunday morning, April 7th and begin Project 365: My Transformation.

    I will stick to meats, veggies, fruits, nuts, and a little bit of dairy. I will walk regularly, and since I love running will continue to do my run/walk intervals. I will lift weights and mess around with intermittent fasting here and there. Walk, run, lift, eat clean. That's my life for the next year. Lets see where it gets me!

    Thank you Annie! Yes, eggs are one of my go to foods. I lump those in under the "meat" category for some reason.

    Okay, today will be considered Day 1!

    Today's weight is 256 lbs. I have one year to drop down to my goal weight of around 175 to 185 depending on how I feel when I get down that low.
