Yep, good point, I will make sure to do that. Yes, breathing is sorted - Starting Strength is my training bible (if though I don't use the program!)
I recently started using one for squats and deadlifts because I'm now lifting more than my own body weight. If nothing else, it helps me focus on keeping my back straight.
Well I had my first session with a weight belt today, set a new squat PR and it felt a lot more comfortable too!
