So, is histadelia (undermethylation) the end of my paleo journey, or are there supplements that I can take without having to give up my beef and eggs?
From my brief Googling, it appears it can be treated with methionine and Vitamin B6.
Is this a diagnosis from a doctor? What did they say about it?
