I have won a scholarship to Florence Italy for their summer spending the end of June and July there.
I will be leaving Australia in 11 weeks and want to ramp up the PB process so I can loose some body fat and increase my fitness so I can enjoy my time overseas.

I am currently not exercising, was doing 80/20 nutrition but have just this week switched to 100%.
I am a 48yo female, 5'1" and 183 lbs.

Any advice from those more accomplished would be muchly appreciated.

1. Is it possible to make a difference in that time? and in your opinion how much headway is it possible to make?

2.I am reading the Body by Science book now. Am I right in thinking that it does not recommend walking? (I have not completed it yet).
