Here's what I ate yesterday. Tell me if this is full of cholesterol or meets any of the crazy ideas anybody has about paleo being full of fat or lacking in carbs.
Can of salmon with skin and bones
Chocolate (some white, some dark)
Smoked trout with skin
Banana/egg/almond butter "muffin"
Female, 5'3", 50, Starting weight: 163lbs. Current weight: 135 (more or less).
I can squat 187.5lbs, press 75lbs and deadlift 200lbs
