I'm Viv, a homeschooling mama to two boys, living in the East of England.

I have been following MDA for ages, and recently lurking on the forum, so thought I ought to introduce myself!
Over the last year and a half I have been transitioning towards a primal way of eating, and this month have decided to take the plunge and try a 30 day fully primal way of eating. It's not proving too much of a shock (yet) as I had already cut right down on grains and sugar.

I don't have any major health issues (just a few minor niggles - skin breakouts, PMS, occasional headaches) and I don't need to lose weight but I'm hoping this way of eating will make me feel awesome :-)
