Brilliant, Bisonwoman. Excited for you.Wow. To say I'm happy with the results of the 21 day Transformation would be an understatement for sure. I've lost 10 pounds, but more amazingly in the last 2 weeks (I didn't measure the first week), I've lost 3 inches off my waist & 4 inches off my gut. I also bought a size smaller jeans. I'm amazed!
Today, I walked a mile, slung a kettlebell 10 times, and toted a case of water across the parking lot until a student took it off my hands. I'm impressed with myself that I made it as far as I did with it.
Now let's consider that case of water--I calculated the weight of it in my office, and it was 35 pounds. THIRTY-FIVE POUNDS! It was heavy. Um, I'm picking up the equivalent of 3 of them and hauling them around on my body. Every. Single. Day. All day long.
If someone tried to make me pick up that much weight and haul it around, I'd tell them to take a flying leap--that they were crazy. Yet here I have been picking it up of my own volition without one complaint. How stupid can I be?
Well, no more. This tonnage is getting kicked to the curb. I've had it.
My knees can't take it anymore.
I will be light on my feet again.
As for today's food, here it is:
B: Coffee, cream, bacon, eggs
L: Chicken, avocado, boiled egg
S: Dark chocolate salted macadamia nut (made at home); 2 Brazil nuts
D: Wing night w/sauce & slaw
