    Exercise routine

    WOD: Limited walking due to my knee hurting.

    D: Fried pork chop, roasted Brussels sprouts & onions

    Exercise routine

    WOD: I'm moving more during the day, but I'm not doing the PEMs. I'm working on staying on the food plan at this point.

    Today I completed my 14th consecutive day without one cheat! I'm really happy about that. I even walked today just because I wanted to. I haven't lost weight in several days, but I'll take a 3 pound a week loss. My clothes are looser, and I think I've lost a couple of inches off my waist. My knees didn't hurt today, and overall I felt really good. Makes me wonder why I ever want to eat bread. Oh, and my nose has quit running when I eat. What's that about?

    Day 14: Primal Food Intake Today:

    B: Coffee w/cream; Bacon & local eggs

    S: Pork rinds & a little pimento cheese, 2 Brazil nuts

    L: The snack was lunch since we were out until 2:30.

    D: BGE Smoked chicken with cabbage sautéed in bacon grease.

    Exercise routine

    WOD: Walked a mile.

    Day 15: Primal Food Intake Today:

    S: 2 Brazil Nuts

    L: Chicken breast & sautéed cabbage

    D: Chicken wings, hot sauce, slaw, & asparagus

    Exercise routine

    WOD: Walked .82 at work & 1.34 at home for a total of 2.16
