I have won a scholarship to Florence Italy for a month!! (yay).

Previously I have been okay with slow weight loss ( I only weigh every six months at a doctors visit)and healing but now I will be heading into an Italian summer and am worried that the heat may knock me around and spoil my time there.

I am eating a 80/20 diet with very little exercise. I am 48 y/o Female 155 cm and 83 kgs (183 lbs OMG I HAVE NOT CONVERTED THAT BEFORE ).

I have flirted with the idea of EAT MORE FAT but counting calories is too much like a diet and I fear will undo all the good mental work that PB has achieved.

So any advice???
