When I did keto, routinely 1/2 cup with greens and bone broth, etc. to equal about a full cup. Now I'm lazier and drink coconut milk more often than not, but, yes, I can easily digest at least 1/2 cup of pure liquid tallow.
Has anyone ever drank a cup of beef fat??
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
