    Fatty meats

    Primal Fuel
Having trouble keeping my fats up, mostly because of meats.

What kind of meat should I be looking at buying? I eat almost anything in the way of meat.

    Thanks in advance.

Ruminant meats and fatty seafoods are your best bets. Better O3/O6 ratio plus better fat/protein ratio.

Eat the fat that comes on the meat. If you have some leftover, use it to cook the next meal in.

When it comes to fatty beef, brisket is the best. Slow-roasted so the fat is a wee bit crispy on the outside but meltingly soft inside.

Lamb, pork butt, pork belly, mackerel, salmon, sardines, liver is supposedly fatty but it doesn't seem that fatty to me, maybe duck liver pate is fatty, duck is fatty.
