Ok, let me say first that I know we shouldn't focus on weight and I dont. I did the Whole 30 in January and stayed pretty well "primal" since that time. I have lost nearly 30 lbs. but some of that was water weight or whatever it is you lose at the front end. Otherwise, I've lost at a reasonable rate and love how I am eating.

Also during this time, I have been in the "biggest loser" contest at work. My approach has been that I would change my eating habits and wasnt concerned with winning but it appears I am in the running coming down to the last 4 days.

So I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to approach these last days to try to pull off a win? Should I go really light on calories? Should I go real low on carbs? Stop eating 24 hours before weigh in?

As soon as the contest is over I'm right back to responsible eating. I'm just hoping to find a way to be as low as I can on Thursday. I want to steal a win here.
