    stay on your plan but do a couple of fasted weight training sessions, maybe sop drinking 24 hours before weighing in and evacuate bowels and bladder

    when I competed in martial arts we used to stand on our heads for a couple of minutes prior to weighing in, seemed to drop a pound on the scale like that

    An old trick in wrestling and body building is water pills for a couple of days before. You will pee like crazy for a couple of days, but you can drop a few extra lbs.

    A PSMF is the fastest way to lose weight for me. I'm not saying it's the healthiest just the fastest.
