Yeah, primal is not an open invitation to eat all the fat you want. It's very possible to gain. What are you eating?

5' 3", 130 lbs. ate low carb primal for 2 years. Increased fat and lowered protein in January. Lost 4 lbs. kept diet the same, gained it back. Not sure why it worked initially, then I just migrated back to the same weight.

What was your protein before you lowered it, and what did you lower it to? How many calories were you eating before and during the experiment?
Anyone have a similar experience?
Similar to which part of your experience? Lots of people have ended up eating too much when they eat more fat, because it's easy to eat too much fat.
Doesn't seem to be the experience of those on the eat moar fat thread. Just wondering if anyone else tried it and it didn't work.
I do believe that what we eat and how it affects us has individual variations.
