I do believe that what we eat and how it affects us has individual variations.
What doesn't seem to be the experience of those on the eat moar fat thread? The people on those threads went in depth about what they tried. You haven't told us what you did. This is not a psychic forum.

Did you limit yourself to the original eat moar fat thread, or have you read the follow-up threads?

Kind of reminds me of when I was teaching. You'd explain something, and there were always kids who would say, "I don't get it." Um, what was the question?

Take a body fat percentage test. Body composition is more important than weight.

Trust intuition. If you think you're eating too much fat you probably are. Replace with more lean protein, veg + fruit.

I'd also say water weight, especially with the reduction of carbs.

Also, "weight" is not really a great measure of anything, especially when you're hovering around your goal weight. Body composition (fat percentage, lean mass) or measurements are far better tools.

I was looking for discussion, too. But aside from the fact that it failed, I really couldn't see what you actually had been doing, and you didn't seem to want to share that.
