This question has probably been asked many times before, but I need some help. I am trying to go primal but my biggest problem is breakfast. I have made some nice omelettes and occasionally cooked up bacon and eggs, even cooked a small steak, but in the morning I don't often feel like doing much preparing and cooking food. That is when the idea of simply "pour the cereal out of the box and add milk" seems to really appeal!

Can others tell me what they do for breakfast? Easy suggestions gratefully received.
