Kidney function on primal page

Hope you guys can help. I went to the dr for a blood test and was called back today for further exploration.
Everything looked good except my kidney function. I feel fine, but my creatanine levels are 132 (not sure how this converts to the US way of measuring). The suggested range is 49-90. I need to get some more tests done and have an ultrasound. Any ideas if this is something i should be concerned about?
