Wheat germ provides 3.4 mg of zinc and will not disrupt my omega 3 to 6 balance.. what would be the negatives of eating wheat germ?

well, it's got gluten in it for starters, so it's tough to digest. it's not something that grok would have eaten, for second, if you're trying to go strict paleo/primal. and finally, there are other substitutes (like milled flaxseed), so it's not a "necessity" IMO.
