Hi, I cycle 15-25 miles every 2-3 days. I'm wondering what i should eat to keep me going before and after? I'm getting ready for a 204 mile bike classic from Seattle WA to Portland OR. Any comments would help :3

I ride a lot and i have found cashew nuts to be a solid source of energy for training rides. I do still rely on protein/carb based energy drinks for race day trying my best to get off them, seeing as i only race once or twice a month its not the end of the world imo. Hope this helps
