Thank you both for your help. I sat down and ran some #s and decided to go with using a range of .8-.9 x my LBM of 105. It will be more protein than I have been eating but no where near the amount I had targeted after reading NROLFW. An n-1 for sure, but this whole process of weight loss and improved health has been one for me. Thanks again.
