tins of salmon here are only about 3 oz. of fish, so unless you're eating a very big portion of protein for dinner you may need a bit more. i generally have 3-4 eggs for my first meal and it sets me up for a long time.
you've already cut out the dried fruit, which is good, and may want to consider a fruit lower in sugar than mango -- like berries.
