I like tequila. I enjoy a few ounces with water each night. It's my only other vice, the other being local honey in my coffee.

My daily diet is coffee with honey, Primal fuel, simple B.A.S., and a protein and veggie for dinner. Water is my only drink besides the java and tequila.

I've been back on the Primal way for almost 7 weeks. I walk 30-60 minutes 5 days a week and I have lost 17 pounds and 3 pants sizes and the weight and definition is still going in the right direction.

So, am I GTG with my tequila vice? Is it Primal?
