I am starting primal on monday - getting my food in this weekend and getting rid of the old SBD (standard British Diet) food

i am really excited - my starting weight is 214lbs and i am keen to lose the weight - I have no calorie goal as in the book Mark state eat until you are satisfied but i will be using MFP so i can keep my eye on my carb levels as i want to be under the 100g for weight loss mode.

Does anyone know if sparkling water is allowed? its just a preference - i can drink still water also. also looking for some easy recipes that i can make quickly
