Hello MDA people
New UK user, 26 years old, sports obsessive yet never-that-fit, Primal for 2+ months now and amazed at the results, as most people are. It's so good it's actually got me cooking meals which is a miracle in itself.
Strangest thing discovered so far: Primal was really, really expensive when I first started... yet, now I buy my produce locally, my meat locally, and somehow am spending less than my old "normal eating" shops at the supermarkets, for better food. Hmm
Anyhow, just saying hello to the forums!

Hi Mabby! Glad you're enjoying primal eating. Loving the "woo" in your thread title 😄
Hello, welcome, good to see more people from the UK on here! It's true - when you become a shopper for only fresh food you spend less, I think it's because although processed foods appear cheap, you constantly have to buy them as they don't satisfy hunger in the same way so the net result is a higher spend - thats my take on it anyway.
