    Fruit Nutritional Comparison

    Primal Fuel
    Hey everyone,
To go along with my previous thread that included a spreadsheet of a comparison of the nutrition of nuts, I have done another one for fruits. Again I got all the nutritional info from Nutrition facts, calories in food, labels, nutritional information and analysis – NutritionData.com

Thanks for that! I never thought of fruits as having a tendency towards being inflammatory. Blueberries got me by surprise to be sure.

They are not inflammatory. Look up lard or tallow. That website uses arbitrary parameters to GUESS whether foods will cause inflammation. It's notorious around here for confusing people.

Tremendous worms of a swarthy nature pursue me across the sandy blank sky. I stop to think. What the devil AM I up to?!
