    Quick fat

I'm doing the more fat, trying to keep it up over 70%. Somedays, but not many, I find at the end of the day, I'm way down in my fat intake. Any ideas on how to boost it up without adding a bunch of calories?

Also,,,,,,how in the hell do you change your signature? I find it eventually but it takes me a 1/2 hour!...LOL

Plan in advance and stick with it. There is no way to increase the fat in your diet after the fact without adding lots of calories.

I understand that you can't eat without adding calories. I"m way under my calorie count everyday. Just looking for something that is really high in fat, but doesn't go thru the roof in calories.

Have you tried adding coconut oil or butter when you're cooking? When I was doing keto I would eat the coconut oil by itself. It bothers my stomach so I don't eat it as much but it's a great way to get fat in, esp if you're cooking with it.

If you want to keep your fat intake over 70%, without adding a bunch of calories, you have to lower your carbs and/or protein. It's just basic math, you can't increase your fat intake without increasing calories. Fat is super calorie dense and will make you fat if you eat too much of it. (Not sure if you are trying to lose weight or not.)

If you are at, say, 50% and feel fine, I wouldn't think adding fat just for the sake of reaching 70% fat intake makes much sense. You are just adding substantial calories that your body is not craving.
