If you want to keep your fat intake over 70%, without adding a bunch of calories, you have to lower your carbs and/or protein. It's just basic math, you can't increase your fat intake without increasing calories. Fat is super calorie dense and will make you fat if you eat too much of it. (Not sure if you are trying to lose weight or not.)
