Body by Science and IFing
Tried Body by Science and definitely liked it but was curious as to activity throughout the week. How many of you that have done this particular routine integrate a sprint, a jog or something light such as yoga?
Also, I'm a big fan of IF. What would you guys recommend with regards to that while experimenting with Body by Design? For instance, I did BSB last night and decided to do a 5/19 fast today. Also, I typically do either an 8/16 fast or 12/12 everyday.
I'm up to about 85% primal with my diet so wanted to get you guys' take on this regimen.
