    At some point you may need to go down to 40g carbs per day (with sugar only making up 10-15g). Plus some cardio. For a short period of time, maybe as much as a month. Then return to current diet.

    For me the smallest amount of beer or wine go straight to my belly. After cutting out both for the most part my stomach fat just started disappearing. However, the love handles are still hanging in there:-(

    I haven't seen any decent research to suggest that this has a lot of merit. I know a lot of people say it, but until I see some good data I'm not buying it.

    Agree, although it would be pretty easy for an individual to test how that affects them.
