At some point you may need to go down to 40g carbs per day (with sugar only making up 10-15g). Plus some cardio. For a short period of time, maybe as much as a month. Then return to current diet.

I haven't seen any decent research to suggest that this has a lot of merit. I know a lot of people say it, but until I see some good data I'm not buying it.
