I used to take fish oil last year, and stopped when we started eating sardines or mackeral everyday for lunch. I figure that I didn't need to supplement. Now we've moved away and the only sardines available are canned. My intake of fish has dropped to maybe 1-2 meals a week, usually salmon or fish head or sushi/sashimi. I'm wondering whether I should add more fish, or take fish oil? Other seafood? I developed allergies to shellfish during my pregnancy, so don't eat them as much, maybe 1-2 times a month at most, and only very little.
