I'm trying to get ideas for some new complexes.
Does anyone have any dumbbell, barbell or KB complexes that they have used and liked?
Go over to www.t-nation.com and search for an article titled: 'screw cardio'. This is where I learned about complexes from. Mine was a very simple barbell clean and was a 3 sets of 8 reps with a minute rest between sets:
You can also include Overhead squats (put them after the military press).
