Yes, I've been wondering the same thing. Yesterday I had a total of 47 grams of carbs. I'm not obese, or even overweight so maybe I should up it a bit. But what do I eat to do that? I miss banana's, but they also have a lot of sugar.
56% may have been a pass, but I'm going to do a lot better next time. But thanks.
