how can he eat so much calories and not get fat, he mentioned his average was 5600, i know he workout 2 times a day, but i pole vault train everyday 1 day rest + cycling 10 miles one day a week _ and lots of slow movments
i also get in half an hour swimming 2 days a weeki only take in 1800 a third of his calories y am i nt even losing any fat? anyone know the reason? and btw i play on an international level so my trainings arent bogious if thats wat u think
