    I was just going to say, screw polevaulting, get into powerlifting or better yet weightlifting.

    omg i am sooo sorry guys for giving u false info i just checked with my coach and its 130 kilos or 286 pounds, but omg that would still have gotten me first, under 56 kilos teenagers damn why didnt i know about this before. and i could have upped my workouts to suit powerlifting and would have probably got 160 kilos or so mabye ill look into it next year, but no harm done im still 3rd wolrd champion under 16 pole vaulting and i love the game

    For really. Any proffesional fighter will probably spend a regular 8 hour work day training. On top of their workouts, they spend many hours just practicing fighting styles.
