The weird thing was that once we left the venue, things got really awkward between us. It was like when you have sex with someone you don't really know, and while you're in bed together things are fine, but then you put on your clothes and suddenly you're strangers. We got the Tube home, and at the station he kind of asked where we were going, and I said I wanted to keep taking things slowly, which he said he was fine with. We said goodbye, exchanged good night texts, and haven't been in touch since.
It was one of those moments that change a relationship: you move closer, or you don't. I feel happy leaving things open and not committing for quite a while, but I think he's starting to feel torn about that. On one level he's just out of a relationship and doesn't want to rush into something deep and intense, but on another level that's the way this is going, but I think the freedom that comes hand-in-hand means that he can't embrace it or reject it. All we have to do is go with the flow, and I think he's starting to struggle with that. I also noticed that he got jealous when I talked to other men, and I think this is a real struggle for him, because it's an alien emotion to him.
I'm not really sure what to do. I don't know if I should contact him or just give him space. We need to have a proper conversation about how we feel but I'm not sure if I should instigate it.
I've decided to do a weekly exercise update. Makes it easier for me to see what i've done.

"I think the basic anti-aging diet is also the best diet for prevention and treatment of diabetes, scleroderma, and the various "connective tissue diseases." This would emphasize high protein, low unsaturated fats, low iron, and high antioxidant consumption, with a moderate or low starch consumption.
In practice, this means that a major part of the diet should be milk, cheese, eggs, shellfish, fruits and coconut oil, with vitamin E and salt as the safest supplements."
