    Hi gang,

I just published a free comic book on low carb/primal living that I wrote/drew/etc. Would love any feedback. Thanks!

Interesting drawing skills - it's like a manga haha

How much time did it took for you to finish it? I'm curious..
I am not a bodybuilding/fat loss/strength training "guru" BUT I achieved a lean state with ease after learning the correct way to train and eat and I want to HELP YOU achieve the same.

Getting fit is also about managing your mindset:

I enjoyed it - the flamethrower pic was particularly funny.

Thanks guys! Glad you liked. Didn't take me that long to do -- maybe an hour for the dialogue and 4 hours on the drawing/coloring.

    Ahahahahahaha

That was great. I loved, "why don't spiders eat pancakes?"

I might print that out and hand it out to my family.

Yes, they're amazing. I'll probably share them on facebook when I get home...
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.
