Two questions for everyone:
What's the longest you've gone with no cheats? Have you noticed any additional benefits or drawbacks to doing straight primal for so long?
I'm currently on day 31. On my usual 21 day stretches, I feel a little more tired. Not full blown carb sickness but maybe running on only 90% of my usual energy. Sometime after day 23, I started getting a lot more energized where I feel like I'm running on 110% energy.
I don't cheat with food, because I think this concept is really silly, though I did do a line of coke off an escort a couple of weeks ago. No additional benefits noticed.
Time is passing so quickly. Right now, I feel like complaining to Einstein. Whether time is slow or fast depends on perception. Relativity theory is so romantic. And so sad.
