Treats in my office - just over the last 6 workdays!

    Last Friday it was cheesecake.

    Monday was cupcakes.

Yesterday was cupcakes, cookies and brownies.

    This morning was doughnuts.

    Mid-morning was frosted banana bread.

All of these items were made to celebrate something or another (2 new employees, a birthday, a leaving employee and an employee award).

Everyone around me is about sugared out. I think I would be, too! I didn't partake in anything so a nice woman in my office offered to bake me a gluten-free treat next time around. Thoughtful, but I think I'm better off staying out of this altogether.

Wow. That's insane. Anyone ever heard of meat/cheese tray to celebrate? Why is it always sweets?

Yikes. That's a lot of sugary food.

Teachers' lounges are terrible that way, too. My old boss and I used to bet on how long random crap food (jelly beans, old cake, etc.) would last. Haha.

Think of it as poison in the office, not treats. Treats would involve bacon!

Bacon is a poison... It's no better than that other stuff lel. I wonder why these same topics get posted every single day.

Sounds like there were a lot of happy people in your office, this week. Did any of them manage to stay awake in the afternoon after they sugar-crashed?
