Mega-egg! Make a huge fried egg with the whites and crack one extra egg in.
Soufflee? Just whisk, fold in some fruit pulp or bacon and cheese. Grease ramekins and pop into the oven to rise. Eat immediately.
Just curious as to why you're not eating the whites with the yolks?

i'm wondering the same thing. i haven't read the perfect health diet yet; do they specify just eating the yolks?
and, if they do, does that mean you should just toss the whites?
if you just prefer them separated, the whites still make a good binding agent for meatza, meat loaf, etc.
I use egg whites as liquid in my smoothies or bake into souffle with either root veggies or bananas.

But... I agree with the aforementioned question as to why you're not just eating the whole egg. An egg is one of the most perfect/complete foods; why screw with that?

I understand raw egg whites bind up biotin and make it unavailable. So if you did eat them, they should be cooked.
Gosh, you can make a lot of sugary meringue with that much egg whites.
