Yes it lacks the poisons and generally auto-immune disease causing things that we eschew and hemp is generally good nutrition. My only caveat is the omega 6 content. If you can work it into your ideal macronutrient ratio go for it, but I wouldn't consume it heavily. Maybe pair it with some flax or chia seeds, but even then the potential remains for a lot of polyunsaturated fats, which I don't think are all that good in large amounts.
