Apologies if I come off as rude... but... do you know what kind of forum this is?
Please read what you can about Primal living -- anything involving wheat is strongly discouraged and avoided in this forum; your diet including spaghetti, sandwiches, and cereal are huge red flags of unhealthy eating. Fat is encouraged here, so skimmed milk and light salad cream will also be recommended to be removed from your diet.
I think you may have come to the wrong place...
